We have finished making the website and tested it! You will see two options - for sticking with us and getting your reward, or for a refund.
Once you have filled in your selection, your info automatically syncs to a google sheet that we can use to look up your original order selection (inc any extras you added in the survey).
We're going to leave this to run for the next week - from there, we'll consider it "Batch1" and export all of those confirmed orders to production where they'll be made, packaged and shipped ASAP.
Refunds will also be processed on that day.

Hi All,
Firstly, apologies for the delay in getting an update here. From finalising tooling and making tweaks through to counting stock at multiple locations - it's all been a little chaotic.
Surveys:
Thank you to everyone who has filled out their address survey! We're at 81% so far which is too low for our 'predicted counts' on everything from colour quantities and packaging purchasing.
End Of Aug Cutoff:
We're going to give it till the end of the weekend before exporting all your addresses and officially calling this 'Shipping Batch 1' - anyone who comes along after that, your orders will be picked and packed according to what stock is left on hand. Production runs are only viable at scale, and we cannot delay the production of everyone elses goods to appease the colour choices of a few...

We would have liked to have been shipping by now, everything is ready for a production run, and we are sorting out (from the 81% who have completed!) what needs making and what we already have on hand to assemble the bundles.

Good news! The SIFTR 3.0 Strain & Seal address surveys are finally ready — and we’ve just sent out a “smoke test” to a random 5% of backers (that’s 38 of you) to make sure everything works smoothly.
👉 If you’re one of those 38, please check your inbox and complete your survey as soon as you can. This helps us confirm that all options and add-ons are showing up correctly.
Once we’re confident the setup is solid, we’ll hit send on the full survey launch to all 844 backers!

The faster we get your colour choices and quantities, the faster we can lock in numbers and start production. So please keep an eye on your inbox — surveys will be landing very soon.
